Pioneer Digital DJ Battle 2012 - Malaysia

I always hate synthesizer or anything sound digital. This is post is not about my love towards creative sound design or rewriting the news header. This just a post of event that I happened to attend and the freebies Im about to give away. It's the age factor. Im starting to find that I no longer love door gifts :(

Went to Mist club Bangsar to give support to DJ Blackheart, again. This DJ battle event is one of the biggest so far hosted by Pioneer, annually, for 10 years. I guess all the winner from each country will continue their battle for The Best of Asia dj and then world? Heck, I don't know.

Co sponsored by the officials -  TOPMAN, Ice Watch, Gatsby, Juice Magazine, Heineken & Mist Club, so you can guess the doorgifts that I got that night. And Im going to give it away some of it.

It was held on Friday the 7th December, so yea, rushed to Mist Club after work at the basic. Well, it was dark inside the club with full of teenagers anyway. So, no fancy prep ever needed.

Due to rain and traffic jam, I missed the 1st show by DJ Kelz. Out of 5, here are the other fantastic 4 scratch & mix labeur I manage to capture using my Samsung SIII.

Excuse me for the failure of capturing ginormous super bass beat. It so hard 'till it moves my internal organs to the bones :|

DJ C Master

DJ A Wee

DJ Blackheart

DJ Ben Cracko

I don't know how you judge it, but among of all, yes, I can't deny that Ben Craco has the best mix.

and here's the final result;

5th - DJ C Master
4th - DJ Kelz
3rd - DJ Blackheart
2nd - DJ A Wee
Champ - DJ Ben Cracko. Yep, he's definitely has that crack beat.

As I mentioned earlier, I got a goodie bag full of freebies. TOPMAN leather keychain/USB. Gatsby men facial wash, Juice Magazine Novemner 2012 issue, Pioneer Event T-shirt, RM50 Cash Voucher for Ice Watch, Pioneer Sticker, Pioneer DJ wrist band.

This time Im giving away these freebies to 7th readers who drop me email at sillysniper@hotmail.com . Simple as that :)

together with Gatsby facial wash & sticker. Let's!!

...and the battle continues...

Celebration - 1,381 ft above the ground.

I was sweating my armpit looking for "The Dress" 3 months before December 31st and still failed. To save the panic, I kept on buying all the dresses which crossed over my sight during my dress hunting. From soft pink to bloody red, believe me, finding the dress which clicked to your heart the moment you saw it is like finding a great man to be your husband. Terribly hard!

I tried to the E-shopping too. And I saw Bebe Bandage dress, similar to Herve Leger's, but too bad friend of my friend who stays in US not used to buy any piece from that seller, so...and I never saw any shop selling The Bandage Dress in KL at all. If you wonder what is The Bandage Dress... here it is...

Lovin it very, very much. It hugs your body perfectly and you don't need to wear any girdle or corset underneath to hold your flabby cuz this dress act as a body bandage which is anti jiggle and tuck all the unnecessary...U can wear your G-string with it and your booty stays perky!!! Fabulous!!!!

I dont see why she need a body bandage.. maybe it is for her boobies. And yes.. finally... I found the dress, 4 days before the new year eve...without a pause, I grabbed it within a heartbeat!

And maybe too many people tried on the dress, I found some stains which really made me upset cuz they only have 1 piece, for every design! I don't know whether I have time to dry clean it but still, I took a risk and bought it...I drove all night finding a laundry shop who able to do express dry clean, until my friend suggested me 1 at Bangsar area...

Next morning, I rushed to the said laundry shop and asked "hi, how express you can do for a dry clean?" and she replied me with a cute, friendly smile ~ "when u want to pick it up? Today also can.." I was giggled happily and whispers "lucky'...

lol.

So I have 2 days remain for the shoe shopping.

This was my 3rd year celebrates NY party among the Russians at the KL Tower. I wanted to make it memorable as I think maybe this will be my last one...(sob)

And this was written for my horoscope reading on Dec 31st;

"Today we all have a Lunar Eclipse which happens to be a "Supermoon" which is much more powerful than an average new or Full Moon. The energy of this formation, which will affect all signs, asks you to keep your sense of humor, bla bla bla.."

..is that the Supermoon?

Nothing much to describe about the party but it was definitely a war between cleavages. For the food - western, japanese and local , music - most of it were Russian songs, the crowd - just ok. I already suggested to my boss to come up with theme for the next year celebration. and the view - superb as always.. what do u expect? It's KL Tower la...360 degrees.

Eat until all your teeth all drop ok?

This is what I able to have for the dinner.. the rest I was busy attending fellow hoteliers and friends, camwhoring and stuff. Loved the grilled beef rib to the max. That night, I was a total karnivor in the bandage dress... lol.

With Elaine Tan from Sheraton Langkawi and Jephrine for The Datai.

With Lai Fong (Mandarin Oriental), How (Corus) and Jason Pinto (soon to be ex - Sheraton Imperial)

Vladimir with ladies in his life : Natasha the loving girlfriend who rules his night, me the fierce office colleague who rules his day and the last one is.. his mama.. who rules his world..

 With my evil boss... :P

Sandwiched by santa & santarina - I guess my wishes will be granted : twice

Clock strikes 12 midnite..and KL on fire....

I was very kancheong to take a good shot when looking at everybody holding their god damned good dslr with fancy lense!!! I was like a total loser lah!

 EA family!

and we finished around 1am and continued our own little "sit and do nothing" celebration at Traders, The Sky Bar. It is hardly to party till your armpit sweat when u reaches certain age like me and few others inside those photos...

I think view from sky bar is better than what we had in KL Tower lah..

Well, that's the wrap. Loves my dress to the max cuz it made my bosom looks awesome.  For those who came but not in my blog piccies here  - Nexus Karambunai, Renaissance, Berjaya, Crowne Plaza, The Danang, Westin, ParkRoyale, million thanks...you guys are fabulous~!!!!

Four Seasons in Tropical Island...

Yep. My boss already knew that he's not going to give me a break after this, so he granted me a long weekend getaway for my birthday.

This year I've decided to keep everything low, from Eid to my birthday celebration. No big party, no loud music, no booty shaking and no crowd which possibly could get me more birthday pressie. Thanks to the resort's management whom kind enough to host a memorable 3days/2nights birthday getaway - the hospitality, excellent room service (or should I say resort service?), mouth-watering dishes and the magnificient view, are more than I could ever wish for.

I was like a little queen, wrapped in cashmere, and tucked into a bed full of roses by heavenly mother nature - that is how they made me feel.

Forgive me for my limited vocabulary. I am ran out of beautiful words to describe how beautiful the experience with Four Seasons Resort, Langkawi.

1st when I stepped into this fortress, it felt like I was so lost in Samarkand and Sinbad will show up in no time.

But as you go further in, you will starting to feel the twist of arabic - indian - mauritius then tropical milieu.

Wahh.. looks like bridal shot pun ada.. heh. Perasan.

The place so peaceful & quiet.. just like a Forbidden Palace..

The reception area.

At Four Seasons Resort, they won't allow you to stand/sit waiting in line like other resorts. Once you in, you will be cosily seated at outer part of their reception counter, facing their large pool (the 1st picture), while enjoying sipping on the coolest, refreshing kaffir lime juice and a cold towel. A very lovely lady will come to accompany and chatting with you like she knew you for ages. You don't even feel like you waiting to be checked in...she smiles, you laughs and suddenly she handed you with small paper for you to sign as a confirmation that you are now checking into a man made heaven...

Before they take you into your pavillion, they will bring you around the resort with a buggy, showing you the spa building, gym area, pool, restaurants, access to their private beach and beautiful and beautiful landscapes.

Ikan - Ikan Restaurant

After some of Ohhh & aaahhhss (with mouth close, malu le), I finally get to see my room! No, Villa!

My unit is called Lower Melaleuca Pavillion, with the size of 732sq ft, with a lush view of tropical landscape right outside my door. Squirrels and colorful birds (which I never seen before) jumping and flying freely around you adds the serenity and snow white kinda feeling leh!

"Hi, My name is Queen and I live here" =)

The Villa & suites in Four Seasons provides you both sides of the world, traditional & modern senses. While the villas and restaurant built on old traditional tropical houses concept, they are equipped with hi tech gadget which you can't find in some of the city hotels!

Woo.. look how pimped the torchlight. Hurmmm wonder if they manage to pimp a laptop and Blackberry in a same way le?

Love everything to the bits. The toiletries are uniquely blend with bergamot, ylang ylang, ginger and all sort of natural stuff used for the spa treatment.

and outdoor soaking tub with a shower of a tropical rainfall alike!

Posing habis I tell u...

A total soul healing...

Bridge to Ilham pavillion. I saw a newly wedded having their wedding dinner in here. The resort staffs decorated this pavillion with candles and fresh roses... oh my.. it was so beautiful!

Four Seasons private beach. It was so quiet, as if you can walk naked in here.

The breakfast was awesome! They have the freshest wide range of local, english, japanese, arabic breakfast which spoilt me to the core. I was like in forever heaven when I manage to have my all time favorites - smoked salmon, buttered fishes, potatoes, sausage and fresh mango early in the morning!

I am not a Roti Canai fans.. I even hate them! Until...in Serai, Four Seasons yea.. I went for the 2nd round!

Awesome breakfast overlooking awesomely beach view.

Arabian night...

It's time for birthday wishes!
Dar bought me a birthday cake, and it turned out that Im ended with 2!
From dar,

From Four Seasons.

Plus a gift.

.... very sweet..aren't they?

..and one of my wishes is this.. for the honeymoon. =) Boleh?

Thank you to Four Seasons' staffs and management.. for giving me the best season of 2009. I always heart you :)
