Christmas Carol
I am always a fan of a fantasy story by Dr. Seuss. Although Xmas Carol wasn't one of his, but it has a same genre as Seuss's masterpieces. And as a fan of Tim Burton's work as well, anything resembles Mr Burton's work, I'm willing to queue for the ticket and parking lot's hassles! I've watched it in 3D in order to add more excitement. That 3D paper google looks hideous on me man...
The story reminds me of "Ghosts of Girlfriends past". The main character being visited by 3 ghost of past, present and future, and in the end, the main character repent. If talking about the plot of the story, yea, it was very simple and predictable (for those who haven't read the book). But I love the whole animation thingy and it leave me with dizziness :P
Anyway, I'm looking forward to watch the most anticipated movie in my whole adult life!! Alice in Wonderland!!! Oh how I love Mr Mad Hatter make up!!!!

ReplyDeleteA Christmas Carol is originally a book by Charles Dickens. It has been adapted to film many times before, but it'll be interesting to see it in full CGI technology. ^_^

I am so looking forward to watch this movie. I love such movies. I enjoyed the "Polar Express". Hope its even better than that in 3D
ReplyDeleteI love that A Christmas Carol reminds you of Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, I'd imagine for most people it's the other way around! ;)
ReplyDeleteI think its a horror movie more then a educating one:D
ReplyDelete@Ajit : Hope so. I never watch Polar Express =(
ReplyDelete@StanleyGoodSpeed : Vice versa. I know Charles Dickens wrote about X'mas Carol long way before Jon Lucas for Ghost of Girlfriends Past. But, I didn't read the the book and watched Ghost of Girlfriends Past 1st! :P
