Nothing but not so Ordinary Pt.1

Obviously those football fans fucking my life. They screaming, howling, cursing and yelling at 3, 4am in the morning (macam kena possessed by puaka) without considering their neighbors and other living creatures around them. What a selfish bastard kinda mentality. And they will continuing to fuck my life even harder during upcoming FIFA 2010. Fuck football, soccer, worldcup.

Im not a fan of Ice Kacang, last time I had it was... ermmm...4 years ago? But yesterday I got a sudden craves for it. So I texted  a friend to come over to be my Ice kacang kaki yesterday. I never saw Ice Kacang design this lame. I mean.. not to mention its sugarless, milkless and santanless taste was.. that freaking ice kacang was gliding all over the bowl every time I need to get a scoop of it. What the hell...

Lucky I forgot the restaurant's name.. but it is located in a same row with Pak Li's cafe, end block. If u happen to go there..please order something else. Not this.

Then my baby sis got extra extra like 6 extra tickets to ABP 2009 @ Genting Highland. She's with Naza Motorworld and it happened that Naza was one of the sponsor for this event. Actually I got nothing to blog about ABP.. We were late and there was no way for me to take those celebrity shot.. since the fans were all over the fence and streets.. plus I don't want to mess my hair.

Plus plus, EYNA (017 3042930), the make up artist wanna see her work again posted into my blog (theehee..) to prove that an ordinary girl like me can look decent in photo. Eyna, you are awesome and this is for u.

The view was so beautiful on my way up to Genting Highland.. we were very late and unable to pullover to enjoy the view. Sigh...too bad.

Hmm what else can I say.. watch this from home is far better. Except for the live sound and live screaming fans.. I swear to myself I will not sit next to any of celebrity fan club group (Fara Fauzana fan's club to be exact).. they were standing and screaming with their huge ass banner like no body business.. ermm the thing was that.. yg menjerit2 tu..semua manis bertudung... but why oh why.. they spoiled such sweet and nice image by screaming and jumping mcm kena rasuk puaka..boleh geng dgn worldcup fan. And I heard few male voices behind my back talking about it.. malu juga dengar..

Left the event at 10.30, after I realized this is not my thing. I rather spend my time in backstage..serving mineral water tau?

Ahh.. finally I got myself a nice size, PINK Benetton luggage for my upcoming trip. It match my vanity pink case, my iPod and my mobile phone. Heee.. mad excited now.

Still hear the howl and scream outside my window... I wish there is a sudden black out in my area.. until 11 July (end of worldcup ...) I am willing to live in "earth hour mode" for these few months.

Fake It.

Ahhh.. Russian peak season is finally over. Now I get to live my life back like every other people and have my weekend like Im used to do..what a relieve..

For the past 2 months my house and room looks like a shit shack. Called the maid to clean the shit out while cream my leg and trim my nails.. heaven...

Loves this fridge magnet. Bought during my trip to Ho Chi Minh city. Put it on my window grill next to my dressing table. Hope I will finally can be with someone that I love this year, always stay beside me sharing good and bad, laughter and tears..

It's normal for a lady to splurge a bit in order to look all good. Some are even willing to went through pain (and death) just to look beautiful. Especially the one who dares to go under knife, boobs jobs, skin tightening, and liposuction to name a few. But hell, If I got a lot of money, I'd rather to hire expensive personal trainer and cook to get me a Megan Fox's body. But it is just a dream. So, for poor ordinary people like me.. all I can do is just FAKE IT in order to achieve the silhouette effect :P

I have a few favorites brand which help me faking it  - in a good way. They are so good until I myself didn't believe I looked so flawless in/with it. lol.

#1 - Face

I hate when my face looks all shiny, not glitter, but oily shiny kinda look under the flash light. I tried so many foundations - liquid or cream and 2 way face cake to achieve healthy glowing skin under the flash light for over 10 years! buy failed until I met Bobbi Brown...

RM145.00 - Bobbi Brown

I swear over this creamy compact foundation! This is my 4th case and gong to finish out soon. The cream will quick adjust and absorbed into my skin few minutes after the application. The best thing about it is, the longer I wear it, no matter how sweating my face does, this superb cream will absorb it for me and keeps my face looking matte glowing. Can wear it alone. Loves the effect. It made my skin looks all neutral, wearing nothing at all!

Here its partner in crime which responsible to make my skin looks like celebrity under the flash light. lol. I only use this during night time cuz it able to absorb more oil/sweat/flash light. Loves it!

 

Flash light!  Leave the shine to your hair, not the face. Flawless! No cakey, no oily effects. The product has some minerals in it which also can helps to improve my uneven skin tone and dry skin condition!

#2 Hair.

 Everyone born with straight hairs swear by Tong Curler. Whatever brand is, make sure it is ceramic rod/ ceramic coated. It will prevent your hair from serious damage.

#3 Body

Heh..when talk about body, your bobbies are the eyes of your body. lol. Im a fan of La Senza push ups (since Victoria Secrets still nowhere in KL). But when it comes to seamless, fit - to - body and gave me all au natural round looks.. I just discovered "my basics" by Women's Secret.

My basics by Women's Secret - RM169.90

It has 3 colors and of course Nude is the best color. Loves the material, weightless and unlike other strapless bra, this one support and snug your bobbies perfectly without slippery even with a lot of movements. I've observed many girls keep pulling their strapless up every 5 minutes. But not with My Basics range, because it has rubber line along the bra inner strap which can prevent slippery act.

 

So now u can see the difference between whom with My Basics by Women's Secret and who's not. Magic!!!

#4 Legs.

Ah, everybody knew how to fake in order to have slim, long endless leg. Killer heels - of course!

Every girls should know that wearing heels will add up the sexy look by 50% - straight away, without have to put on slutty dress. Ask boys around, which one they prefer to feast their eyes on to, with or without heels? I know by wearing heels will not help you getting your additional height permanently, that's why I put it in my FAKE IT list. At least it gives you some kind of illusion of a gorgeous Gisele Bundchen legs for a while. Wearing high heels doesn't mean you are torturing your legs. Cuz I manage to find the comfortable ones, like those 2 pairs above. Or else, wear it with stick on gel cushions from Scholl

I saw most of the girls nowadays with fake eyelashes. I should give it a try too. Hurmm.. you are allowed to fake whatever in order to stay pretty all the time but never fake your attitude and your true colors.

Color me endlessly.

What a hot weather, Im basically roaming around inside my apartment with bra & pantie, that is the good thing living on your own. That also the reason why I dont bother to have a webcam, later forgot to turn it off, free online show la pulak..

Really summer lah! Talking about summer, it is time for me to toss out my make up collection from last year since Im bringing in the new shades into the bag. Since my favorite event of the year is here, no, not the Shout Award, not Malaysia MegaSale, but Cosmetics warehouse sale at Renaissance KL.

I know, even I purchased those eyeshadows and blusher on monthly basis, I still dont want to miss out to pay a visit to this warehouse sale cuz I love the feeling of going crazy by looking at these colorful pots, which costs you around Rm30 - 60?



Many brands were involved like M.A.C, Bobbi Brown, Estee Lauder, Clinique, and too bad Stilla just discontinued their sale in Malaysia.. due to the reason which I also not very sure. I love Stilla, but maybe me alone wasnt not enough to contribute to their regional profit collection.


This warehouse sale wasnt all about cosmetics alone, but it was also perfumes. Told you dont believe in a full price. Because you can have DKNY, Issey Miyaki, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, Estee Lauder, Clinique and many more for only RM60 - 120.



Too bad, Im not overly gaga over those perfumes since I can get it cheaper all year round from a friend who involves in this business.



Unlike previous year, this year I came kinda late, where most of the item packed into the box already. Im very tired already to wake up at 5am, queue outside the ballroom at 6.00am, wait the door open at 8.00am..and got my foot stepped by others while struggling to choose my eyeshadow/ blusher color through other people's armpit.

So this year, I parked my car, straight into the ballroom, walk around 2 minutes, and picked these...



Clinique blusher / bronzer : RM60.00 (NP RM115), M.A.C cream shadow + Threesome eyeshadow RM65.00 and 3 lipglass (M.A.C dont call it lipgloss) at Rm50.00. Total Purchase = Rm 175.00. Not bad huh?

I know I just bought Clarins pink gloss, but it just too bleakly pink. Im loving these 3 new lipglass, it is the color I've been sarching for. As for the shadow and blusher..errr I dont know..I wish I can buy another 100 different colors more leh.

Double bad, Bobbi Brown already clear up their stuff from the table. Im a hardcore fan of Bobbi Brown, sad.

BTW, Im getting tired & boring to shop at warehouse alone, if any of you wanna join me for more warehouse sale like this, just holla at me ok?

My Life iz more Colorful~!

I received cute pink notification / invitation from Clarins thru my email for the past few days, giving me the signal to withdrawl more from the ATM's machine. Yea ladies, it's a warehouse sale. I tend to ignore it since my mum now in town so I already expected my expenses will be haywired.


But hell, my mobile inbox keep on getting the same reminder "29th & 30th, 70%" and it made me cant sleep at night, tossing and thinking of, hurmm maybe the rainbow color palatte in my make up pouch isnt enough. When it comes to color.. I surrender my soul...

On sunny May 30th morning, with "hesitation", with my map in my hand, I forced myself drove to the said place (sure or not this statement). Warehouse sale like this never failed to make my jaw drop, frankly. Lucky I knew myself very well, I only withdrawl RM100 with me, this is the only way to curb myself from become Rebecca Bloomwood.



Wth~!! Color Quartet became RM50?(normal price is RM145) Gloss Appeal is only RM25? And the must have story tale book which contains 4 juicy shimmering color cream is only RM30? There are also alot of body care range - you name it - were there~! From RM700 become RM300..From 200 became 80...Pink Par Armour Toujours only priced at RM60 hohoho.. lucky I bring only 100 bucks... hehe.

Very mini splurge leh. RM105 (still over by RM5, when will I start to learn spend below the limit ler? sigh) Anyway, Im so happy, as happy as lil girl with a swirl lolipop candy. So, here another 8 colors added to my collection plus a sorbet gloss for lippy. Now I have the reason to wake up early Mon - Fri morning, To play with those colors like a Da Vincci~! Period.
